こちらにご紹介させていただきます。
「お休みの日はアンテナショップ（表参道）に行き買い物をしたり食事をしたりと福井の味を懐かしく味わっています。うに（汐雲丹）は天下一品ですね。今日はこれから仕事が入っているので冷蔵品は持ち歩きができなくて、又パンフレットをみて注文させて頂きます。」
本当にありがとうございます。
先日東京新宿京王百貨店の福井県物産展にてお買い求めいただいたお客様で、その際は雲丹豆、もみわかめ、の常温でお日持ちのする商品をお買いいただきました。
ぜひまたご自宅でのお食事や、お酒の席があるときなどに天たつの越前仕立て汐雲丹をお求めいただけましたら幸いでございます。
この越前仕立て汐雲丹は天たつが200年ほど前の江戸時代に製法「塩蔵法」を考案し、以来ずっと福井にある伝統保存食です。
江戸時代には浜の人たちの年貢として使われていたので一般の方の口に入ることはなく、明治の時代から小売りを始めて福井の皆さんに食べていただくようになりました。
それから150年ほどの間、福井の皆さんのお酒の肴として、またご飯のお供として食べられてきた越前仕立て汐雲丹。
こうして思い出の食として懐かしんでいただけるようこれからも守り伝えてまいります。
改めましてこのたびは本当に嬉しいお葉書をいただき誠にありがとうございます。
気持ちを引き締め今後とも精進してまいります。
